1. What is the purpose of this training course? And Why I should Join This Training..?

According to the latest market research, over 95% of the candidates find it difficult to get a job or promotion due to lack of practical knowledge on core HR / Payroll activities. Lack of Practical Knowledge would pose a problem for an HR Professional to perform efficiently. This Training is totally based on practical knowledge on Payroll, HR, and Accounts.

2. Already I have done MBA in HR, MSW, OR PGDHRM OR MHRD and is this again the same sort of learning?

No. Your college curriculum is exam oriented and has little scope for handling real time corporate day-to-day activities. Even though you have studied aspects of HR, it would have not thrown light on the understanding of PRACTICAL PAYROLL & HR ASPECTS and situational types of handling the mandatory concepts at student level.

Corporate prefer “READY MADE FOR JOB” candidates. There are gaps in Attitude, Knowledge and Skill in the job aspirants even after they are educationally qualified for the job. Corporate do not want to hire candidates with skill gaps and invest their time and money to their training.

3. I am not a management graduate but interested to take up a career in HR, what do you suggest?

You need not be necessarily an MBA. You can be a diploma/graduate with interest for learning. This course takes up from the HR fundamentals and deals with every Key Result Area to give you an insight into the actual responsibilities and systematic administration in HR department.

4. How is the course module designed ? Is this Training Practical or Theoretical ?

The HR course modules are designed as PPT presentation, Excel Practical datas with enormous real time data, screenshots of online usage, template, bullet points and forms for exercise. It covers all the key result areas step by step with practical application; explains the norms and importance of Acts to be followed on a wider perspective.

The training is totally based on the practical aspects of Payroll & HR. We give the practical knowledge on Payroll, HR and Accounts topics. We have highly experienced trainers who have worked in Payroll, HR , Accounts department and are very well aware of the corporate world. No, the amount of the Fee is reasonable. We spend Rs. 3 Lacs to 5 Lacs for doing MBA. But even after earning Master’s Degree, we are unable to perform the duties of H.R Department, even if you are working in HR Department, then it will take 5 years or more to collect this information depending upon the candidate and company.
